MARLBOROUGH, MA, April 12, 2019 – KOMAN Government Solutions, LLC (KGS), a wholly-owned 8(a) subsidiary of the Natives of Kodiak, an Alaska Native Corporation, recently completed an acquisition of Trinity Analysis & Development Corp. (TRINITY). TRINITY will continue to provide continuity and support to existing clients. This allows KGS and TRINITY to expand our client base while supporting growth in all areas of the environmental business sector. TRINITY’s core business lines of environmental compliance, investigation, and remediation complements KGS’ business lines of environmental services, remediation, munitions and explosives of concern, operations and maintenance/long-term monitoring, and construction. The two companies provide our clients with more than 100 employees, 10 offices nationwide, and past performance in 47 states.
